About Us

Our firm focuses on criminal defense and immigration because we strongly believe in advocating on behalf of individuals who often times find themselves at the mercy of what can be an intimidating and complex government maze. Every individual needs protection from the confusion and harsh consequences of the justice system.

Attorney Kirk Lewis strives to provide straightforward and cost effective solutions to meet his clients’ needs.  Every person who comes to the office will meet directly with Kirk Lewis to discuss the details of their case.  Kirk is also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese so there will be no need for an interpreter to review your case with you.  Superior service and affordable fees is central to our firm beliefs.

Our East Valley offices are located in Mesa at the office complex East of Val Vista on Baseline, with access to the US 60 at Val Vista. We are easily accessible from areas across the valley and we handle cases statewide.

If you or a loved one need an experienced and knowledgeable attorney, call us today for a free initial consultation.

At the free initial consultation, we  will want to hear YOUR side of the story. We want to know from YOU what happened and not just what the Police write in their reports. At your consultation we will inform you of your constitutional rights and how to exercise them during the criminal court process. You will better understand the court procedures and purpose of the hearings so that there are no surprises along the way. We will explain our fees for your specific case and go over our very flexible payment plan options. Upon choosing our firm we will begin work on your case immediately. If your loved one is currently in custody we will schedule a visit with them immediately and work for their release.
