At the free initial consultation, we will want to hear YOUR side of the story. We want to know from YOU what happened and not just what the Police write in their reports. At your consultation we will inform you of your constitutional rights and how to exercise them during the criminal court process. You will better understand the court procedures and purpose of the hearings so that there are no surprises along the way. We will explain our fees for your specific case and go over our very flexible payment plan options. Upon choosing our firm we will begin work on your case immediately. If your loved one is currently in custody we will schedule a visit with them immediately and work for their release.
Kirk D. Lewis is your attorney at the Law Office of Kirk Lewis, PLLC. Kirk has been an Arizona resident for more than 20 years and completed his undergraduate studies at Arizona State University, graduating with Cum Laude honors. Following his degree at ASU, Kirk attended law school in Sacramento, California at the University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law, earning Dean’s List honors and being named to the Traynor Honor Society.
Kirk has defended individuals through every stage of litigation, including multiple jury trials. Kirk is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, which enables him to personally interact with individuals from various cultural backgrounds. Additionally, due to the adverse effect any criminal conviction could have on an immigration case, Kirk’s experience in both criminal and immigration law allows him to better serve his immigration clients by arguing for a result that won’t disqualify them from immigration relief.
When Kirk isn’t working for his clients in court, he enjoys all the outdoor activities Arizona has to offer with his wife and three kids. Camping up in the mountains to escape the summer heat is a personal favorite.
